I literally just woke up from my nap - 10 hours. I guess I needed  some sleep... now however I'm all smiley 6 in the morning. Just ran down the street to pascal, and feel prepared for school like never before. I think I'll try to put in some time to watch the season finally of Gossip Girl as well[please no spoilers!]

[FL]ASH - it's summer

Bought a pair of "gladiator" sandals the other day, and God I'm in love ... They are from ASH, and I actually got them on sale- 75% off. Best buy so far this year, no joke. Sadly I haven't been able to wear them out and about yet, as I'm "russ" right now. In Norway we have this thing where we wear red pants, and generally RAVE over the fact that we're soon to be done with 13 year of school. #soundslegit

However back to the sandals... They're belive it or not super comfy! The details on this is what makes them so fantastic. And the solid zipper in the back is super practical. Just painted my toe nails with Ole Calienté from Essie's spring collection. Thinking the combination between coral-red and navy-sand-brown is a winner.

(Watch) The Throne

From the second issue of Ground Magazine, earlier known as Virgin Magazine we are presented a story of power. The pictures speak for themselves.

Spring looks from Versace, Gucci, Etro and Maison Martin Margiela styled by Christopher Campbell. Personally I always get excited over editorials like this, where the art of the pictures almost are overshadowing the fashion. Not because I neccesarily prefere the pictures... I just find clothes to look  much more extraordinary when they're put in a "situation" rather than just portrayed on a mannequin-model. 

On another note I woke up to snow today ... wtf

(Rah, Rah, like a Dungeon) Dragon

Bought a new nailpolish a few days back: 475 "Dragon" by Chanel. I'm well aware that pastel is the "new" thing, but a perfect red never goes out of fashion. However I did buy some Essie polishes from their spring collection as well, just haven't gotten around to take pictures of it yet(it will come though). To be honest I'm at least as pleased with Essie as Chanel. Won't complain though, still loving my Chanel, it has just gotten some competition.

Beyond the sea

These pictures taken by Chris Nicholls for the May issue of the Canadian magazine Flare is simply breathtaking. Calvin Klein and Marc Jacobs are among those who's lucky enough to be represented in this stunning editorial. What I love the most is the variations of fabric used to portay what's most likely supposed to be mermaids. My personal favourite would have to be the unique shorts and the blue dress sporting those huge pallets we've seen so much of lately. As I'm sitting here looking for summer destinations I can only dream about the sun kissed skin they all carry, but in two months or so ... oh who am I fooling, I'm still gonna be white as fuck.

This is absolutely fatastic! They're blending classy with edgy perfectly, making it perfect as everyday wear. I have to admit that at this point fall is not something I look forward to, but when it finally arrives this will brighten me up!
